Florence is hopping, especially when Florence Downtown Development Corporation holds its monthly outdoor concerts – check them out on the first Friday and final Friday (Florence After Five). On top of that, the downtown hosts festivals throughout the year. The SC Pecan Festival is held the first Saturday in November, and you’ll find activities on St. Patrick’s Day, New Year’s Eve, and for Oktoberfest.
