The City of Florence Night OWLS meet every Tuesday and Thursday evening at the Pearl Moore Basketball Center.

Pilates is a series of low impact flexibility & muscular endurance exercises. The Pilates method encourages the development of strong & flexible muscles without adding mass. It emphasizes core stabilization (abdominal, lower back, hips, thighs and buttocks) and the strengthening, lengthening and toning of your body.

We will provide yoga mats, blocks & straps but you may prefer to bring your own. Please wear comfortable workout clothing (sweat pants or yoga pants are fine). No experience required!

The OWLS is a City of Florence Recreation service designed for active adults 50+

Annual fee of $12 due at registration.
