Release tightness and relax into a state of stillness and bliss. Yin yoga is a deep stretching practice that targets the fascia and other connective tissue around the muscles. Restorative, passive poses are typically held from 2-5 minutes; the longer holds of yin yoga allow for connective tissues to release tension and revive mobility.  All levels welcome.

Join June from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursdays for this Yin Yoga class.
