Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome. This gentle yoga class is designed to alleviate symptoms of anxiety and teach stress management techniques to manage daily struggles. Postures, breathing, and guided meditation included. Not intended to replace proper medical and/or psychiatric care.
