The Jones-Carter Gallery is located in the heart of the downtown historic district of Lake City. The Smithsonian-qualified exhibition space shows several exhibitions each year; please consult the Jones-Carter Gallery website for current and upcoming exhibits.
The exhibition features a superb first edition of the complete set of 80 etchings.
The gallery is convenient to contemporary gift shops, clothiers, antique stores, and several restaurants. This state-of-the-art exhibition gallery owned and operated by the Community Museum Society in Lake City hosts several exhibitions throughout the year featuring exhibits from local to major national artists. The Jones-Carter Gallery opened in April of 2013, just in time to accept incoming artwork for the epic Southern art fest, ArtFields. The gallery offers group tours, lectures, visiting artist presentations, workshops, activities for families, and community events based on current exhibitions.
