Local Motive Pecan Pesto
- 1/3 C pecan pieces
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 C fresh basil leaves, packed
- 1/2 C Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 C extra virgin olive oil
- salt to taste
- Add pecan pieces and garlic cloves to a food processor and chop.
- Add basil leaves and chop.
- Add Parmesan cheese and process.
- Slowly add olive oil until incorporated.
- Salt to taste.
