Get Hot gets your heart going. Best yoga class to sweat and move your body, yet still end the class in a relaxed and grounded state. Never regret a Get Hot yoga class!

I was injured my arm, can’t do my regular weight lifting very well. I will let my arm rest, I found this place, I very like here so flexible to let you try all the class and red light therapy within 3 weeks only for 88 dollars, and beyond that, they help me reduce the class that I paid for single class 27 dollars,so when I signed the package form,I only paid 61.that’s very thoughtful and kind. And the class that I was taken it’s call Hustle , instructor was Shelby, she was so cheerful and encouraged us to finish the class, OM, I was shaking after . But not hard way to workout, just burning your whole body in good way!

There is something fascinating about the moment you realize you’ve been wrong about something for years. For me, that thing was yoga. Like a lot of people, I assumed yoga was simply stretching in a quiet room. What I’ve discovered at SOULIFT is that it’s really an ecosystem—a place where movement, mindfulness, recovery, and community all reinforce one another. Once you experience it, you begin to understand why so many people make it part of their lives. As someone completely new to yoga, I expected to feel out of place. Instead, I found instructors who meet you exactly where you are and classes that challenge you without making you feel intimidated. The variety of offerings means every class teaches you something different, and each instructor brings a unique perspective that keeps the experience engaging. The new member special has been one of the best investments I’ve made in myself because it allowed me to explore everything without pressure. I wasn’t just trying classes—I was discovering a practice I genuinely look forward to. Then there are the details that elevate the experience. The red light therapy has become one of my favorite parts of the studio, and it’s clear that wellness here extends beyond the hour you spend on your mat. What impressed me most, though, wasn’t the classes or even the amenities. It was the people. SOULIFT has built something that’s increasingly rare: a genuine community. It’s the kind of place where encouragement is natural, newcomers are welcomed, and you leave feeling noticeably better than when you arrived. If you’re searching for a yoga studio in Florence, SC—whether you’re a complete beginner or someone with years of experience—I can’t recommend SOULIFT enough. It’s thoughtfully designed, exceptionally welcoming, and has completely changed the way I think about yoga. Sometimes all it takes is one place to challenge an assumption you’ve held for years. SOULIFT was that place for me.
