It seems that whenever we walk through the door with a problem, Lacy has an idea of how to solve it. Over the months, he has helped us with so many things, including replacing small parts, fuses, batteries, and more. He doesn’t just point us toward an aisle or sell us something and send us on our way. He takes the time to listen, figure out what we need, and genuinely tries to help us solve the problem. What makes Lacy even more special is his kindness. We have been there enough now that when we open the door and Lacy is working, we are greeted with a smile and a friendly hello.
