Stacy DeVaughan03/20/2026 I am giving another review. I just left there and ai must say they hire the best of the best. Demetrius assisted me today and provided amazing customer service. He is very knowledgeable and strived to help everyone. I seen him in action and he was all over the place helping everyone!!!! Keep up good work!! This store has the best customer service. From the time I walked in they helped me get exactly what I needed. The manager Ty goes over and beyond. I watched him multi task with customer and his employees making sure everything was right! He was very knowledgeable and assisting me with things I didn’t know I needed. Thanks again!

Jared HarlowTruly one of the best experiences we have had with car issues. My wife and I were in the middle of our move and had stopped in Florence overnight. The next morning our car battery had died (which we knew was nearing it's end). We went to Advance Auto Parts and got amazing customer service from Chris. First - he helped us get the right battery (and did not push us for the most expensive even when we asked him which he recommended). Then when it came time to replace it he went above and beyond. Our battery was rusted and corroded but he navigated the replacement perfectly and his experience really showed. I am convinced if we went anywhere else they would've sent us to a shop to fix it but Chris did it right in the parking lot and it was included with the battery purchase. I'm sad we can't make this our car place for the future because this experience instilled full confidence that they will help get the right solution for you and not just maximize their profits which is rare. Thank you Chris!
