Cindy MarkusALM Hyundai Florence is my GO TO when traveling to Florida from NY and back. The staff are always professional, friendly and courteous. Last year while returning to NY, I was experiencing AC leak with my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe. I was referred to ALM Hyundai Florence (AHF) from my hotel staff. AHF took me right in, even though they were booked for the day. My 98 year old mother and I waited in their comfortable customer waiting area which is spacious, provided with refreshments/snacks, a tv and 2 work stations. The service techs assessed and fixed the problem fast enough to put us back on our journey north. The kindness and professional service we received made (AHF) our future pitstop. A few weeks ago when traveling north from Florida, same vehicle experienced sporadic weird sounds stemming from the ignition. So my prayers were to "just make it to (AHF)" without incident as I thought the issue was possibly the starter. I arrived on a Sunday night safely and drove to (AHF) the next morning. There I met Harley, my Service Advisor. I described my car's issue and of course the issue did not present itself when Harley was there. Harley's concerns included the following possibilities: battery, starter or the fly wheel along with explanation and the est. costs for each. Even though service was packed there being a Monday, Harley entered my info for my car to be assessed. While doing so, I tried starting up my car again in hopes the problem will present itself to Harley, and it did just that, present itself hugely! I proceeded to the service desk where Harley recommended a lending program called SunBit to which I was thankful that I didn't have to shell out the total repair bill all at once. Harley's kindness extended to arranging a ride back to my hotel while waiting for the verdict or shall I say PRAYING it was not the flywheel. Thank God it was the starter and was repaired before the end of business closing. Harley's knowledge, customer service, resource and being such the "Southern gentleman" allowed me to continue with my journey northbound with ease and satisfaction knowing I had no more worries. Harley is an extreme asset to (AHF) to where no words can describe. Harley and ALM Hyundai Florence is the real example of "SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY" and will always be my GO TO stop on my journey "down south". I'm forever thankful Harley-God Bless Y'all!!
