Sat in line for 14 mins to get 2 milkshakes while the truck in front waited for his burger to be cooked. It wasn't right so again we waited. This truck should have been asked to pull up so the long line of customers could get served. When we finally got to the window the nice cashier handed me the 2 milkshakes and I handed them right back. She said I'm sorry I'll make new ones. They were pure liquid because they had been sitting on the counter the whole time. We could see them sitting there along with other drinks and some bags of food. An older lady came up and said they are ok it's that they are the 1st ones I've made today. Really at 230 pm? She did remake and they were perfect and delicious. Note to shift leader/ manager in duty please don't have your customers waiting behind someone who is waiting on an order to be cooked. It's called fast food for a reason... You have to compromise... Btw the car behind us had her drink remade and the following car had a burger remade cause if it being cold. You lost money also a big loss from the customers who drove away because if the long line that wasn't moving for now 16 minutes. This old building needs remodeling. It's 2026 owners time to update the old old building even if its just an outside paint job. Make the place look more appealing to come to. A lot of people will pass it by because it looks old and worn out. Look at all the other nice looking BK's in Florence... Hint hint if we hadn't been in a rush to get home from chemo and radiation I would have gone over to one of the other BK's that are more appealing even tho they are out of our way home. The extra 10 or 15 minute drive is worth it when my daughter isn't so sick.

I stopped in for a whopper jr sandwich on my way to the beach . I took it to go as I was in a hurry to get to the beach. It was tasty!! Thanks Wayne

Staff has improved a lot from the past. The problem with it here now is that it's like Burger King, the company, forgot about this location. It's the Burger King that time forgot. Outdated seating area, discoloration in the windows, huge cracks in the walls, missing shades and burnt out lights, and outdated beverage dispenser. This place needs a major face-lift.
