So far my experience has been great at this gym! Every time I've been met with fair treatment and a warm welcoming from both staff and members. Mornings or night, I can expect a clean and functioning gym. Side note shout out to the beautiful and hospitable Aliyah for ensuring comfort and plenty of fresh towels.

Although I could workout alone, I come for the group fitness. Kristy's kickboxing class is high energy, full body and great for Monday's frustration. Although its only 30 mins, you will burn calories and work every muscle group. Tracie's The Box is also a must for the start of the week. Each week is different, challenging, and I've noticed a lot of physical changes since Ive start. I love the energy of both classes. Kristy and Tracie most definitely have their heart in fitness and only want to help you get to the best versions of you. Love my Fitness World family. They have most definitely changed my life for the better!
