Amy GrahamI called this morning at 8:30 to see if the could look at his foot today. They had me come in at 9:30 and we were leaving at 10:15. Ryan, Grace and the remainder of the staff were awesome! They took time to explain to me what was going on and how to give the meds to him. The entire staff was very polite and friendly. My baby was well taken care of today!

Storm WolfKnowledgeable, friendly, helpful and caring. I've been taking my dog here for about two years, and they've always given excellent care. But recently, I needed to get a vaccination for boarding, when I went back to Tennessee. Unfortunately, they don't carry that vaccine. I guess it's just not a thing here. The tech called at least 5 other vets in the area, to find one that had it. She finally found two. After all that, she didn't want me to have to pay for an exam there, then at another vet, over one shot. So they didn't even charge me for an office visit. Even printed out my buddy's file for reference. I can not suggest them enough. They don't do big animals (equine etc) but for pets, they are one of the best I've ever worked with.

Jalyn104I have been coming here for close to ten years, and have had nothing but amazing experiences with all of my animals. Recently, my cat moonshine has had a lot of health issues, and I’ve had to go there multiple times within the past few months. They have been nothing but understanding, and have done anything they could to give me peace of mind and help him! I can’t see myself ever going to any other vet as long as they’re around. They truly care for your babies and it shows! God bless the wonderful people that work here.

Ethana MimsDr. James and team saved my dogs life. 7 days before me and my dog were about to move away to Costa Rica for awhile, he ended up with a urethra blockage that caused a host of other issues. After searching high and low across North Carolina and South Carolina, I stumbled upon this hospital and his work, guidance, support was the beginning of a long recovery. He was super patient with me with all my million and one questions. I live In Charlotte but the care of his team was worth the 2 hour drive. It was a long road, but my baby has finally recovered! He’s no longer in kidney failure, no longer needs IV fluids, no longer anemic, and no longer skin and bones. The prayers, tears, and diligent efforts have paid off. We finally made it to Costa Rica September 3rd! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Forever grateful.

Liz porterI would highly recommend they were so compassionate and caring for my Ziggy Marley during his final hours.If you love your fur babies want loving care givers to them this is the place to come.I thank the staff for showing us love during our difficult time.My baby left peacefully.If i decide to get another fur baby they will be the ones taking care of him..Thank yall for everything,They didn't even charged me for the service they provided they are truly angels.
