DAPHNE HERNDONI had an excellent car-buying experience from the first email response to the purchasing of my new vehicle. Rodney Britt, my salesman, was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and took the time to answer "all" my questions without pressuring me to make a purchase. He explained my options and gave me the time to make an informed decision. I'm very happy with my purchase. I appreciate Rodney following up with me after my purchase and letting me know he's available if I ever have questions. Rodney, thank you for making my car buying experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good vehicle and a positive buying experience.

Brandon NowlinFlorence Toyota is a wonderful place to get any work done on your vehicle, or if you need to buy one, the sales staff will help and support you through the whole process. Eric Jett is the man with the plan and he will get you right when it comes to a vehicle that will carry you through life and make sure your family has a dependable mode of transportation. I have included some pictures of my vehicles that I have bought from Florence Toyota, and just encase some one says there other brand mid-size truck is better I have my second and third gen tacomas included putting in work.

James OlsenOverall experience was pretty good, I will say they only gave me 1 key with my 2 year old vehicle, and when I went to pick it up the inside and outside has been wiped and rinsed but there was still stuff stuck on the leather seats and the dash needed to be cleaned, air filter boxes were open when I went to clean the engine bay and the filters were probably the factory filters. Little things could have been done that would have made my experience there better but the overall vibe with the staff was good
