He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease that any pest issues I was concerned with the summer months approaching would be taken care of. Ben did a great job of evaluating our situation and explaining all aspects of the treatment process. He was on time as scheduled and promised to perform the service as soon as possible. He also consulted with a coworker with additional expertise in this particular application using FaceTime live which minimized the time needed to perform his evaluation
