JOHN BLAINEI had a fuel pump module failure on I-95 in Florence, SC. I was traveling to New England with two dogs and weeks worth of travel supplies on board. My vehicle was towed to Legacy and Service Advisor Kyle and Service Manager Lakin listened to my predicament and got to work trying to find the module. Unfortunately, it was going to have to be ordered overnight. Long story short, they diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and had me back on my way as fast as humanly possible. Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and helpful. I’m especially thankful that Kyle and Lakin took my problem seriously and got me back on the road, as I had several obligations to make. I would definitely use this dealer again.
