I have had an amazing experience with LensCrafters during every single visit. The staff is always incredibly helpful, attentive, and diligent in ensuring we have the best experience possible. My daughter has broken the arms on her glasses three times now, and we just replaced the frame for the third time this past Tuesday. Our sales representative proactively checked our warranty first to see if it was still active. Even though it had expired, applying our new insurance was a breeze, and the out-of-pocket cost for the replacement was very reasonable! I also added a new warranty this time to ensure that if this happens again, she can get a new frame at a lower rate.There is no other place we would rather do business with than the LensCrafters at Florence Magnolia Mall. Thank you, as always, for an amazing shopping experience!

Danny, the optometrist, provided exceptional service. His demeanor was impeccable, and he dedicated time to engaging in conversation. He expressed curiosity regarding my surname and its potential origins. We also discussed my maiden name, and he showed interest in its Italian roots. He shared valuable information about traveling to Europe that I was previously unaware of. He was highly informative and attentively addressed my inquiries about my eye examination. Danielle demonstrated excellent knowledge in her role and skillfully created a comfortable atmosphere for customers entering the store while assisting me with my glasses selection. Overall, it was a truly delightful experience conducting business there.
