Orange Theory Flowtown ‘s owner and staff are what is right in this world. Not only do they engage the minute you walk thru the door , you feel welcomed , encouraged and seen by each of them. They take a bunch of strangers who work out making them friends , teammates and family ! We travel often , we visit every OT we can in the area we are , none compare to Florence. Rhonda

My wife and I just celebrated our first year of being a part of the OTF family here in Florence SC!!! The experience has been nothing short of transformational. The OTF community here is AWESOME!!! The facilities, equipment, professionalism, supportive non-judgmental environment have been some of the many highlights that have captured our hearts, minds, and bodies. 😊 Jeff (owner) & his team (Vanessa, Jackie, Daniel) have all done an exceptional job of creating and fostering a positive, fun, intense, exciting experience that motivates those who come to dig deep and tap into one’s inner strength which manifests itself into a transformed body and mind.
