I went to the Pretty Parlour for the first time today for a head spa service with Kaitlyn, and I was absolutely blown away! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The owner greeted me right away and was so friendly and pleasant, and I only waited a couple of minutes before Kaitlyn came to get me for my service. The head spa room itself was adorable, cozy, and incredibly relaxing. The lights were dimmed, a sound machine was playing softly, the temperature was comfortable, and the room smelled amazing. Kaitlyn took the time to explain everything the service included, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it also included shoulder, arm, hand, leg, and foot massages! The heated table was so comfortable, and every product Kaitlyn used smelled amazing and left my hair feeling great. Kaitlyn was an absolute sweetheart and did such a wonderful job. I left feeling like a bowl of jello, in the best possible way, and I already can't wait to go back!

Absolutely love this place! I came here with a friend today,my first time, and cannot recommend them enough! Full set with a design on one finger was 67 which isn't bad by any means. Very professional and everyone in there was kind and warm and welcoming, loved my nail tech too she was amazing and very fast!

Absolutely loved my first visit! Greeted with a warm welcome the time I walked in the door. Kinnedie and Rebekah were amazing! I felt like I knew all the ladies my whole life by the time I left! I highly recommend The Pretty Parlour!!

I had scheduled a pedicure today and ended up needing to leave WAY earlier than I had planned. Kinnedie not only gave me excellent service but got me rung up and out the door down to the minute I requested. She’s a pro. Absolutely fabulous.

Another salon completely ruined my manicure (i.e. glued my skin to the nail, did nail art that could pass for a 2 year olds crayon drawing, shredded my cuticles, etc) and I came to pretty parlor to have them soaked off. All the girls ran up to see my nails and immediately said that they wouldn’t soak them but actually fix them for me, even if they had to tag team. Absolutely loved the results and all the girls were so sweet and caring. Definitely going to be my go-to salon from now on! I attached pics of my fixed nails!
