Creating a Climate for Change Conference

The 17th Annual Creating a Climate for Change Conference brings community members, national leaders, advocates, educators, health professionals, researchers, policymakers, and organizations together in Florence, South Carolina, to exchange ideas, build partnerships, and advance solutions that strengthen communities.

This year’s theme, “Community Power Without Borders: Building Healthy, Resilient, and Sustainable Communities,” highlights the impact of collaboration and community-driven action. Through engaging panel discussions, interactive workshops, networking opportunities, and interactive activities, attendees will enjoy an experience designed to be both educational and engaging while connecting with leaders from across the country.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided on both days of the conference, giving attendees additional opportunities to connect, build relationships, and enjoy the experience together.
