Everyone can move! This inclusive, adaptive class welcomes all ages and abilities to share simple, joyful movement together in a supportive circle. Using scarves, music and imagery from nature, they explore strength, expression and connection at your own pace.

Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in and take a water bottle.
