I wanted to share this worthy review of 301 Auto Parts, I needed to go there because My certified mechanic suggested that I go to them for a transmission replacement. I called and one of the workers by the name of Randall answers, He was kind and patient with me(Because I had questions and a lack of distrust, dealing with anything Mechanical simply because in some spaces, women really are not respected to know what they want, so there’s a chance some of us may be taken advantage of. But not at this place he looked up my truck sold me a transmission for my truck that has 68,000 miles on it. I know I called this young man least about 10 times before I even got down there and each time he was kind and patient and repeated stuff to me over and over. But I felt A little uncomfortable driving to Olanta, SC (It’s over an hours drive from Columbia)Once I got there walking in, I was greeted and asked for Randall and he was there, waiting on me to come , he got everything done for me, LADIES!! This is the place you need to call when you need new or used Parts for your automobiles or trucks. This company is trustworthy. They’re honest , And patient with us. There was at least three more salespeople for immediate help when you walk in.They will deliver your transmission to your mechanic(Reputable shop) and come back and get the core when it’s taken out with a $100 refund. I was so impressed with this place and left feeling very comfortable, knowing that I was dealing with A trustworthy company that you could actually go back to if you needed to. Thanks to RANDALL🙏🙏, for the service I got that day !!! An icing on top of the service you get a 6 month warranty on your used parts…. So grateful for the service that I received🙏🙏🙏🔥🔥🔥‼️‼️👌

Drove from Lugoff to pick up two ABS control modules that Randall ordered for me. One was the wrong part. Randall made sure to get me the right part back and in a timely manner. He communicated with me and sent pictures to make sure the right part was in, and went above and beyond by shipping the part UPS to my home to save me another trip to Olanta. Randall was very professional and pleasant to do business with. Will recommend to anyone for their parts needs to use 301 Auto parts and cudos to Randall.
