Bernadette JohnsonI always receive excellent customer service at AutoZone on S. Irby. I want to give a special shoutout to the gentleman, Demetrius. I went there this past Sunday 8/23 to get my battery checked, and come to find out, I needed a new battery. Even though he was on break, Demetrius sacrificed some of his break time to put in my new battery. Not only that, he gave me a chair so I could sit inside out of the heat while he put the battery in. Now that's what you call customer service at its finest! Many thanks!! I HIGHLY recommend this store!

Jimmy BryantI did a buy in manning, pick up in Florence. Manning did good. Arrived at Florence store...I had to call for help at front counter..told clerk my name and showed him my receipt, first words out of his mouth was "we don't have this ". I told him I paid for it 45 minutes earlier in manning. Then he looked and found it.
