Check in was a breeze, Hakim and Christina were super helpful and the rate was competitive for the area. The room was very clean. The negative was the distance to good restaurants was 10 miles down i75 to exit 163. Several other positives were the great lighting in the bathroom, a popcorn machine in the lobby, and fresh cooked breakfast was provided in the morning.

We just stayed overnight. Customer service was excellent! Everyone at the front desk and at breakfast was very attentive!!! Chris was extra helpful, as he’s stop what he was doing to help me when I needed! Loved this hotel !!👏👏

The restroom was clean, which I appreciated, but I had an uncomfortable moment when a male employee entered the women’s restroom while I was there. I’d suggest that staff knock or wait until the restroom is empty, just to ensure everyone feels at ease. Otherwise, everything else was fine!

Very nice clean, clean, clean place has an indoor pool and a workout room. Am breakfast was really good. Had all the usual stuff pancake maker no waffles tho but still overall nice . I accidently booked myself in the same chain same town and wrong state lol the front desk guy was so amazing and accommodating giving us a room for the same price and was super pleasant about it. ♡
