Jon GriffinI showed up to the ER Friday 10/2/26 due to an injury that I had sustained earlier that week. Every single staff member that I encountered here from security, to staff in the registration department, to the nurses on duty, to the staff member that did my ultra sound, to my doctor, treated me well and were so caring. I felt safe and cared about the whole time. I'm grateful for this hospital and the care they provided me. It was very much an on time and refreshing experience.

Bill Paul JrI must post the level of Care and Professionalism that I have received while being a Patient with MUSC of Florence SouthCarolina. They saved my life my Surgeon was Dr Mark Harris (please read my review on him) from the ER to being in ICU I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Colon Cancer July 2022 and was given only a 3% chance to live. By God's Amazing Grace he put most excellent Professionals in there to help me . There are not enough words in the English Vocabulary to describe the caring, dedicated Staff that work at MUSC Florence each and everyone from the the Switchboard Operater to Admssions The Nursing Staff are Awesome each Department goes out of there way to show that they care while I continue to receive treatment from MUSC (Florence) the level of and kindness and concern has never failed to be there. Look everyone hates to be in the hospital period however I can truly say that I have full confidence in this hospital. They have made me feel like we are family. I don't know about you but when your real sick you want someone the cares about what you are going through. Peace of mind knowing you are in good hands is something money can not buy. I have to mention the 9th floor Rehab unit These guys really take out time to get to know you and help you work through your particular rehab program. I am very pleased with how they are helping me today is 4/5/2024 I have another couple of weeks to go. They (the rehab staff) are awesome to work with! They deserve 10 stars for the level of compassion and care that show. I hands down highly recommend MUSC of Florence! Bill Paul Florence South Carolina
