Orange Theory Flowtown ‘s owner and staff are what is right in this world. Not only do they engage the minute you walk thru the door , you feel welcomed , encouraged and seen by each of them. They take a bunch of strangers who work out making them friends , teammates and family ! We travel often , we visit every OT we can in the area we are , none compare to Florence. Rhonda

I love Orangetheory! Thank you to coach V especially for always making sure I get the best workout. All the staff is amazing! It’s expensive, but having the accountability ensures you show up for all your scheduled workouts. I could pay for a cheaper place, and I wouldn’t go because the motivation isn’t there. Scheduling a class ensures I’ll be there. The coaches motivate and check on you. It’s always fun!
