SuzanneDelicious breakfast sandwich and good service. Visited during a weekend getaway and they were very busy. Told me they were backed up on food and made sure I didn’t mind waiting before charging me. Appreciated the courtesy. Lovely seating. Clean!! Would definitely visit again.

Nestled in the heart of downtown, this coffee shop is a true hidden gem. The space is beautiful, featuring exposed brick walls, airy windows with great street views, and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that makes it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. The staff is exceptionally friendly, making the experience even better, and the coffee itself is fantastic—smooth, rich, and expertly crafted. Lulu's has that rare combination of great people, great coffee, and a great setting, making it a must-visit for anyone in the area. I was very pleasantly surprised to find such a warm and inviting coffee spot in downtown Florence. Highly recommend!

Cynthia StevensI just did a drive thru for a breakfast sandwich and OMGGGGG! It was so delicious, hot and fresh!!! I purchased 2 bacon, egg and cheese croissant. The cashier was so warm and friendly im definitely telling my family and friends about this spot!!!

Steve GrossmanI had been here before and I had quite liked the service and people. The coffee wasn't bad the previous time either. This time however was a different story. The staff was apathetic at best. They also did not prepare my beverage as instructed but whatever. I always suggest if people don't want to be someplace that they get another job. I will say that they were fairly polite while practicing their ennui.
