910FoodieCallMy mom and I came into Florence for a concert. We picked this place because it was not a chain restaurant and burgers sounded good. We ordered the potato bombs and the inside was still cold 🥶 so not a great start. We both ordered a burger and I ordered mine medium and my mom ordered hers well. Presentation of the burgers was not bad at all. Both came out well done. 😔 The burgers didn't taste seasoned at all and the fries were just okay. I love fries and I hardly touched mine. My mom got fried pickles as her side and we both liked those. My mom said the tea tasted like they never wash the dispenser and I totally agreed. The staff was extremely nice and attentive but seems like they are in need of some better kitchen staff.

T.J. ReynoldsMy coworker and I stopped here for dinner while in town for work. We were immediately seated, the manager took our drink orders right away and the waitress was very friendly and tentative. The food was awesome. As a self proclaimed burger master, the burger I ate here (The Kelly) was one of the best I've ever had. With Five Guys prices but with a much higher quality, this is a burger joint you MUST visit.

Brianna WoodsBurgers were unique and greatly crafted. There was many choices to choose from to specialize your burger. Great atmosphere, high booths so it feels private when enjoying your meal.

Lex OliverWe decided to go to 1720, I’ve personally been here a few times but it was my fiancés first time. I normally get a basic 1720 burger and add bbq sauce with a side of sweet potato fries and it’s always amazing!!!! During this visit he tried my original order without the bbq sauce and I tried the bbq chicken quesadilla for the first time which were both really good, flavorful and well cooked! We also had the tater bombs as an appetizer, which are really good with ranch for the ranch lovers but they do also have their sauce which has a hint of spice to it but also really good! (Please note the tater bombs do have bacon in them) The service was really good, from being greeted at the door to seating and eating. Definitely 10/10 would recommend! They now also have an entry way into “The general dough” which is perfect for a sweet treat to go home with so we’re excited to try them another time!!!!!
