Me and my son always have an awesome experience at Advanced Delta Dental. Dr. Hess and his staff are absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walk in, everyone is always so friendly, professional, and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Hess always take the time to explain everything clearly and provides excellent care. The entire team is always attentive, compassionate, and dedicated to making your visit a positive one. Today was my first visit at Advance Dental and it went well. The office environment was nice, clean and calming. The staff was great all around. The dentist himself, I dont think I caught his name, but the muscular, handsome guy🫣was very patient and thorough in explaining my issues and answering all of my questions. His assistant Kam who I spent the majority of my time with was amazing: very professional, friendly, thorough, and informative.💜 The entire staff was great! I can see that not only do they care about their patients but they care about each other. I notice them checking in on each other and paying each other compliments, which was very nice and reassuring to see. I think im gonna love it there!! Oh and I got a really cool gift! Go find out what it is yourself!🤗

When I am at Advanced Dental, the staffs/doctor makes me feel welcome. They are so sweet and friendly. Their smiles make me feel better if I'm having a bad day. I forget about what I was going through that day. Thanks to everyone for being the person(s) you are. Please continue to keep that smile on your face and making the customers feel welcome. Dr. Thomas, Ashley, Amanda and the other young ladies who have made feel good anytime I come there. Sorry, but I be trying to remember you all names. Thanks for making me feel like I'm family. Best dentist I’ve ever been to. The office was so immaculate I almost thought I walked into a luxury hotel instead of a dentist office. From the moment I came in, they treated me like royalty. Big shout out to the doctor(didn’t get his name but he’s dope ) and Destiny—they got me right and hooked me up with a game plan to get my smile back on track. I came in worried about my teeth and left feeling like I just signed a max contract. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience easy. If you’re looking for a dentist that actually cares and makes you feel welcome, this is the place. P.S :Hours later after my procedure Destiny even called me to make sure I was ok this place is 15/10 for sure.
