Ray SmithWe purchased a 2026 Hyundai Palisade from ALM Hyundai of Florence on June 15, 2026. Worked the entire deal over the phone and via text. I might add a fantastic deal. They gave me a very good deal on my trade in and I basically drove up from Charleston to test drive and finish the paperwork. My sales representative Christena Prones was so customer focused. She also knew the Palisade and its features and functions. She also knew Apple and Android phones which she also set up for us. I have a local dealer near me but it was well worth the drive to save money and leave happy after purchasing a new vehicle. We got 29 miles to the gallon on our trip back home! You want a 10 out of 10 experience you need to come here. Thank you ALM Hyundai of Florence.

Geralynn StagerI recently purchased a 2026 Santa Cruz from ALM Hyundai. I went to see one at a local dealership and was not at all satisfied. I left there and called ALM Hyundai. I was fortunate enough to get Duncan Patterson when I called there. Duncan was extremely helpful in finding me the car I wanted at a great price. I also got a good deal on my trade in. Duncan is very knowledgeable in the Hyundai vehicles. He explained everything about the car to me. He took his time and went over everything with me. He even set up my Apple CarPlay for me. I have had a couple questions over the past few weeks and every time I call Duncan always takes time for me and to answer my questions. Even though I bought the car, I don’t feel like he doesn’t have time to help me when I need it. The buying experience was easy and quick. It was well worth the drive to ALM Hyundai. Everyone I’ve come into contact with at ALM has been wonderful!!! I would recommend anyone looking for a Hyundai to go to ALM Hyundai and ask for Duncan Patterson.
