Alyssa DutilSabrina was so kind an helpful, when I called after our dog got a hold of a corn cob she was very understanding and let me know the exact steps to take! After we hung up she even called back with further instructions to help me do the best thing for my dog! Having never had to utilize an emergency vet before (thank goodness) I can not say enough positive things about my experience.

Araceli AndoneyI cannot express enough how thankful I am for the incredible care that my sweet Shakira received at this emergency room yesterday. From the moment we walked in, everyone from the front desk to the nurses to her doctor Diana Enriquez was absolutely wonderful. They were not only professional but genuinely caring and compassionate. You could tell they truly wanted to find the best possible solution for her, and they did everything they could to make sure she was comfortable and cared for. Their concern, patience, and kindness gave me so much peace of mind during such a stressful and emotional time. It’s rare to find a team that combines both medical skill and heartfelt empathy the way they did. I am beyond grateful for their efforts and the comfort they provided to both me and Shakira . If you ever find yourself needing emergency care for your pet, I 100% recommend this place without hesitation. They truly go above and beyond.

J BWe had a wonderful experience thanks to the tech, Sarah!! She was very compassionate, informative, very personable, and answered any questions we had. Our chihuahua was diagnosed with a heart murmur and she listened to all our concerns!! Thank you, Sarah❤️❤️❤️ *Edit* We had to come again for my mini dachshund. I will always recommend this place. The vet was wonderful. We were so happy to see Ms. Sarah again and she was just as sweet and helpful as last time 🩷 Also want to thank Ms. Anna at the front desk. She made us feel very welcomed and answered any questions we had over the phone.

Danuta LukaszynskaWe brought our Oliver to the ER on sunday morning due to respiratory distress. We didnt expect to leave without him. I dont remember all the names but we are so grateful for the vet technician who told us Oliver was coding and brought him to us as fast as he could so we could say goodbye. It was traumatic because we didnt expect it to happen, especially not that suddenly but that moment we had with him brought us closure. I also want to say thank you to everyone who handled him with such care in his last moments and afterwards as well as explaining exactly what was happening. We were in shock and it wasnt easy but the compassion that was shown meant a great deal for us. Thank you.
