James AndersonDr. Hooker was amazing. Our English Cocker was not responding and had obvious problem with his rear leg. The process was very well explained, cost communicated, and a VERY serious snake bite was discovered. Florence is VERY lucky to have this in our area for off hour emergencies. Jenna Wilson (Jenna)They did what we agreed on to address Jack Jack's UTI. I followed their advice though Jack Jack refused the expensive canned food I purchased. My daughter who works for a rescue/vet recommended I give him the UTI health paste that's locked up at Walmart and canned food with gravy and meat based baby food with sweet potatoes or pumpkin. Jack Jack is doing great! These are before and after pics. Poor Jack Jack was miserable. Now he's happy and healthy.

Jennifer WilsonJack Jack, had a UTI. I was upfront from the beginning that I am limited financially. They gave me options and I chose to do the best that I could afford. They injected Jack Jack with an antibiotic, gave him pain meds to go and I bought insanely expensive little cans of cat food for $7 a can that he would not eat. They suggested that I follow up with a vet. Regular or emergency, veterinary care is redicously expensive. I'm lucky. My daughter works in a clinic and I was able to follow up with her. She told me to give him a urinary health paste that I got from Walmart, gravy based canned food and baby food with meat and sweet potato to help clear out the crystals. Jack Jack is doing great! I now feed my cats 9 Lives urinary tract health and the boys get a peasized lick of the paste weekly. If I had another emergency I would take my little darlings there. I think the basic, walk in the door fee is $125 or $150 and it went up from there. I believe that I saw brochures in the lobby to apply for a pet care loan. That's not the best financial option and not everyone can do that but at least it's an available option.
