This was by far my worst pharmacy customer service experience. My child had prescriptions called in from urgent care. I could not go to my regular pharmacy because it had already closed. Once getting to CVS and going to the counter I was not greated for at least 5 minutes. Mind you, I stood at the counter watching the techs move around in the back and yes they saw me. Then the young lady finally addresses me that if I were there to pick up, to just check in on the kiosk which if I had known, I would have sooner. During check in I see that one of the prescriptions was not listed. So I called the doctor back and they told me that it would be sent over immediately. The lady walks to the back a proceeds to fill other prescriptions I suppose because she later comes back to ask for my insurance card. She goes back again assumingly filling our prescriptions. When she comes back, she rings me up and for all but the last one that was sent in. I inquire about it and was told, that if it was sent with the other prescriptions then it would not be ready until the next day...Why??....because her behind was ready to leave since they were about to close and she didn't want to go back and run it through. Mind you this medication is the main one my child needed and was to try to take asap...Oh the attitude was there seemingly from the get go. Not friendly or courtesy at all!!! Yes I am upset 😡 They were still working on a customer's order that was in line behind me and no, they were not closed yet. He was told not to go too far, so he could hear his name when it was ready... Do better!! Common compassion and courtesy doesn't hurt a soul that's all I am saying.
