Very busy, they only have one person doing each job. Definitely under staffed; however, even with the wait, my experience here was great. When people have a extra work load, we know they can have a bad attitude. Sharron welcomed me to the back with a smile and was very polite.

Best urgent care in Florence. Better than the emergency. The lab work was completed expeditiously. The wait time was unbelievable. All of my doctors in Charlotte are in the Novant Network.
