I went in today, January 8th, 2026 at the Florence location. I was greeted immediately by a very friendly man who ask how he can help me I told him that I was looking to get new frames and he showed me the inventory. I have to mention that there was a lot of frames in all price ranges and very, very nice quality pieces as I was looking at them. A very nice associate named Raven came over and asked her if she can assist me and I was grateful because I did need help picking out frames. She picked out a great selection of frames and I picked out one that I really liked and she continued on to proceed with getting all the information needed to complete the frames. She was very sweet very knowledgeable, very professional and such a nice person that I actually felt. I was talking to a friend. It was a pleasure to have her help me and to talk to while I was figuring out what kind of frames I needed and also what my Vision Care coverage would pay. It was a very pleasant experience and I’m going to tell everyone I know to check them out because not only do they have a great staff. They really have nice frames and one pair of my glasses was completed in 18 minutes. You can’t ask for anything better than that. This is a place to go to in Florence South Carolina on McLeod Blvd. Fast service, but they are thorough in helping you and I couldn’t ask for anything more

I made an appointment for my daughter and the staff was so polite and professional. We got there for the appointment and experienced the exact same service. Wonderful! Dr. Brooks was precise and patient with my daughter. When it time to pick up the glasses we experienced the same great service and my daughter loves her glasses. Thank you all so much!

I've been coming to this office for years after leaving another Optometrist in the area. The Dr is awesome. She goes through everything with you on what is being done, takes her time so you don't feel rushed, explains clearly and if you have a question, doesn't make you feel less than for asking. Raven in the eye glass department was great. Went through my insurance, explained what I can and can't do. What else I was able to get. I ended up getting 2 pairs of prescription glasses and was able to get a pair of prescription sun glasses. First pair were ready in 6 minutes, second 9 minutes and the sunglasses only took about an hour if that. I fully recommend this office, Doctor, and Raven.

Very thorough eye exam. Extremely friendly staff even with them being short staffed that day. Super fast service. My benefits were maximized and my out of pocket was smaller than ever and I left with two pairs of glasses. Highly recommend!

My husband is having surgery at MUSC Charleston in just a few weeks and I needed a quick turnaround time to get new glasses in order to navigate the city and hospital so I called Eyemart Express. I was able to make an appointment within a couple days and told I would receive my glasses the same day. Although their optometrist office and retail area were both quite crowded and my wait time for the optometrist was about an hour and 20 minutes, there was no delay getting help with choosing and being measured for the frames and my glasses were completed in only 45 minutes. All the employees (including the optometrist) were extremely nice, helpful and professional. The best part though is that my new glasses are perfect from the fit to how well I can see with them- especially after going somewhere else a year ago and not getting the correct prescription on my lenses or, even after several trips back, having them adjusted so that my eyelashes didn’t hit the lens when I blinked. Overall, my experience with Eyemart Express was very positive, I would definitely recommend them.
