Veronica FosterI encountered a freakish accident while enroute to FL. I stopped at exit 52 for a gas fill up and lost my car keys. It's way to embarrassing to say how. I was referred to 5 Star. Having been a customer service manager for over 20 years I can recognize when a business goes above and beyond to make a customer's experience memorable. The staff didn't know me from a can of paint. I was stranded in place and didn't know anyone. Brittany, Dan, Chris, Brody and Logan treated me with utmost respect during the process of picking me up from the gas station, getting me a working replacement key and bringing me back to ensure it worked. Thanks to their superior service I was able to continue my trip back to Tampa safely. God bless this amazing staff for taking care of me in my time of need. ❤️

Joe CostickWhile on vacation, leaving from Florida to Pa, I had major engine issues with our car that was a couple years old. We had it towed to Five Star Chevrolet. When I met our advisor,Jonathan, he assured me that everything will be fixed 100% and I had nothing to worry about. I rented a car to get home and Jonathan kept me posted every step of the way. When the job was almost completed. They found something else and fixed everything with no issues. The car was still under warranty. They did a good job knowing I still had to pick my vehicle up and drive back home. It was a great team effort with awesome communication. This dealership does what right for the customer. The vehicle was also fixed in a timely manner. I would recommend Five Star. The other employees I met were very friendly and helpful.
