Gianna MooreIf I could rate Freeman’s more stars I definitely would! I honestly can’t thank everyone here enough. When there was a mistake with my daughter’s birthday cake, they immediately went above and beyond by giving me the cake at no charge. That level of kindness and generosity truly meant more to me than they probably realize. Everyone was so understanding, compassionate, and professional. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled everything speaks volumes about how much they care about their customers. On top of that, the cake was absolutely delicious! It was so fresh, soft, and full of flavor, and everyone at the party loved it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for turning the situation into such a positive experience. You helped make my daughter Autumn’s birthday special, and I am incredibly grateful. I will absolutely continue recommending you to everyone I know.

Brianna WoodsThe atmosphere was very nice and welcoming, and the cashier gave me her own personal recommendation on what she eats most often and also said that everything was good so I got a little bit of a lot!

Scott A.I have been using Freeman for years. They are amazing. Delicious baked goods. ( best buttercream icing anywhere). Friendly service and an awards program that actually makes you want to use it. Highly recommended. 5-Stars
