Ashley HallBruno did my pedicure and used the hard gel on my real nails said it will last longer than dip and acrylic! He did an amazing job and I’ll never let anyone else do my nails!

Lea SimmonsI always enjoy myself! The vibes are so chill and the service is quick and efficient! And the equipment is clean and sterile! This is the first and only place I have gone to in Florence and I’m hooked! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! The products used are quality products! I go once every 3 weeks for a fill in and my toes get polished once per month and a pedi every 2 months. There is no chipping with the polish and my nails don’t lift up! And the customer service is top tier! I love when my nail tech remembers ME and what I like!! 10/10 each and every time!

Victoria PooleI’ve been here three times and each time the quality of services has decrease. I went last Friday to get my dip powered redone (I got this set from a different location). I was seated almost immediately, which is why I came. I really did not want the guy I got last time that sits at the far right corner, but he was the only one available. He is a nice guy, but VERY impatient and I think needs more training. He then proceeded to dip my nails and this time I watched closely because the last time he did them, one nail broke and the tip started to lift after about 2 weeks and that’s not the case when done correctly. This time, he did 4 layer of coats on two of my fingers and only 2 on the other 8. When I asked him why he did that, he said everyone does it differently. Tho I was against it, I let him finish. My thumb nail chipped on Wednesday, and now (Sunday) and all my nails have lifted and/or chipped except the two that have the four layers of dip. I’m very disappointed and will most likely not return. Pictures are here, will probably be able to tell which nails got the 4 layers. Be cautious.

LaurenWOW! I love my nails so much. Dan did them and he did a phenomenal job. I will for sure be back and can’t wait to try the scalp massage. The spa was so peaceful and smelt amazing.
