trease99I was greeted and treated respectfully from the moment I walked in the store. Ms. Vanietta assisted me with picking out a pair of frames. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the frames and fit of the frames. I used my insurance and she was able to get me accurate prices for the selected frames which made it easier to choose. She made sure she spoke to everyone that walked through that door. She assisted other customers and made sure to come and check on me as I looked at different frames. She showed great customer service today, with her vibrant energy and awesome personality I would definitely come back for more glasses.

Parliament EnterprisesI never knew we had a LensCrafters here because I don't go to the mall. I purchased my prescription Raybans, but they flew off during a motorcycle ride. I went in to file a claim on them. The manager was the one who assisted me. She was so helpful. She even helped me determine what the problem was with my glasses from another vendor! I will be going to LensCrafters now for ALL of my eyewear needs!

Dianne MayneI had a very good experience at LensCrafters, Florence SC. I was waited on promptly by Vonda and she was extremely patient helping me pick out frames. I was impressed by their use of a computer app to adjust the focus of my eyes rather than the old way of measuring by hand.
