I would like to recognize Liyah at Marble Slab Creamery for her exceptional customer service. From the moment we walked in, she demonstrated professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude that truly stood out. Although there were initially multiple employees at the front, Liyah was unexpectedly left alone to handle several customers, including myself and my son, on what she shared was only her fourth day on the job. Despite the lack of support and what appeared to be poor teamwork from her colleagues, she remained calm, courteous, and focused. She handled everything with a smile, ensured our order was absolutely correct, and never once made us feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience. Her composure and dedication under pressure were truly impressive. Liyah, thank you for your hard work, your kindness, and your professionalism. You made our experience a great one, and it did not go unnoticed. Keep up the amazing work you are truly appreciated!

A very solid place with plenty of options to suit just about everyone. The menu has a great variety, making it easy for any group to find something they'll enjoy. What I ordered was just average, but there were several other items that looked excellent and I'd definitely come back to try more of the menu. Overall, a good experience and worth a visit.

The treats are awesome. The place smells delicious 😂😂. The treats are sumptuous. I had the snicker milkshake. It was a bit too thick but tasted great once it melted down a bit. The picture has the drizzle on top and I didn’t get that on mine, will just ask for it the next time I go back. The employees seemed a bit disoriented with the rush but were able to serve with a polite smile and greeting.
