Had an absolutely wonderful experience. the sales associate Lawanda took her time with us. And helped us properly select the right mattress. Cannot put a price on good sleep. However they do need their windows tinted in the facility to keep the heat off of the mattresses.

My experience with Mattress Firm has been wonderful from the purchasing thru the delivery. My sales person, Ron, was professional, patient and very informative. I considered purchasing on line (where I could have saved a minimal amount) but Ron’s knowledge and care was worth the money! Sheila served me in an excellent manner. She showed me several mattresses, and explained each option in detail. She allowed me to take my time and lie on the mattresses. Due to another appointment, I had to leave, but when I returned, Sheila was just as engaging and professional as ever. I would recommend all of my family and friends to go to Mattress Firm, and use Shelia as their sleep expert.
