Had an absolutely wonderful experience. the sales associate Lawanda took her time with us. And helped us properly select the right mattress. Cannot put a price on good sleep. However they do need their windows tinted in the facility to keep the heat off of the mattresses.

The sales rep, Ron at the Florence, SC location, made this purchase not only easy put exciting. I entered the store set on a certain mattress brand. Ron’s knowledge and expertise of the different mattresses offered, quickly swayed me to purchase the right brand for me. He also reviewed different warranty choices for the mattress I selected. He searched for a quick delivery date so that I could have the mattress delivered by Mother’s Day. The experience was hassle free, enjoyable, and very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Ron to anyone in search of purchasing a mattress.

Sheila served me in an excellent manner. She showed me several mattresses, and explained each option in detail. She allowed me to take my time and lie on the mattresses. Due to another appointment, I had to leave, but when I returned, Sheila was just as engaging and professional as ever. I would recommend all of my family and friends to go to Mattress Firm, and use Shelia as their sleep expert. You know when you walk into a place that has sales people some times it’s not a pleasant experience because of course they want you to buy everything and the most expensive. I walked into Mattress Firm today to be greeted by Ron. He was very polite, helpful and respectful. He answered my question clearly and he was straightforward. Once I chose my mattress we went to do the paper work. Something happened to his table he was working on but he called for tech support while I was there and took care of me of it immediately. He was also greeting customers as this was going on but not once did he stop working on my paperwork to get me out of there quickly. Even under pressure he did an excellent job! Thank you for everything Ron! I greatly appreciate you!
