Tiffany ManleyAs someone with high dental anxiety, I highly recommend Dr. Secret and his team at Palmetto Smiles. My husband and 4 children see him and the kids love him. He is calm, warm and professional. He and his team put us at ease and make us feel like family every time we visit. You can accompany your children back for their visits and they get to choose a small toy item each time. We highly recommend Dr. Secret and Palmetto Smiles for adults and children alike. 10/10.

Even when they’re tired and exhausted, they still care about you. I thank the Lord for people like them who really do help you and don’t try to cover up the truth for a buck. He and his team are incredibly competent, compassionate, and caring from the gate!! I am ecstatic to be in the space where I absolutely KNOW (beyond a shadow of doubt), that my oral health and teeth will be meticulously cared for, as they were today, and that's a relief.
