If I could give 10 stars, I would. I get my filler done here & they are literally the best in florence! I’m not gonna recommend just one person because they’re all great, so sweet, & talk to you to make sure you’re comfortable the whole time you’re there! My first time coming i was super scared and super embarrassed bc of a scar i had under my lip (that’s why i have filler) but they complimented me the whole time & genuinely made me feel beyond amazing about myself. I love this group of women & I will forever use them ❤️

Great experience with IV therapy. My son and I received two Olympia IV products and we felt the difference instantly. It rejuvenated us and gave us mental clarity. The staff made us feel safe, and comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend this spa and the IV therapies. It is a great self-care activity.

Real Medical Spa and Clarielle are answered prayers here in Flo town and for the Filipino community. I have experienced few of their services and after some few sessions, I can say that they have made a huge difference in me. They have helped me to see the best possible version of myself.
