The customer service for Rod & Custom is beyond that of any company I have seen. Any issue or question and they are only a type or phone call away. The quality is breathtaking with welds that would like they came out of a magazine. The installation of the crossmember wasn't rocket science and very straight forward. The suspension I haven't done yet but honestly I don't foresee it being difficult. If you are looking to purchase anything from them it will not be a mistake, but in fact the best decision you make. Great job to the guys and girls at Rod & Custom Motor Sport Inc.

Above and beyond, customer service at the very best! I ordered through a major mustang supplier and Rod and Custom was third party, long story short, the main supplier dropped the ball and screwed up my order. I contacted Rod and Custom. The owner personally took care of me and made the order correct. I received it all in great condition within days. I was missing a part and contacted him immediately, his response was a text with a picture of a shipping label in minutes and sent it overnight! Will highly recommend and will be issuing them for all my needs for my Mustang in the future!
