Loved the location at McHenry Row with so many options and immediate convenience to the cruise port. The room 731 was quiet and meticulously maintained. (suggest ammenities by guest number instead of one per King). The staff members we met, particularly Hank, front desk agent and Aniyah at the Bistro - who each took personalized care of us and made our stay a best to remember and share with our friends and family.

Pet hair was all over the sheets and water pressure was weak. When I went to extend a day since it was a family emergency, it was originally $94. I was called the next day and told I had to come downstairs to extend. New price became $134. No explanation on new price.
