⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to recognize Josh in the Parts Department at Generation 3 Powersports for providing the kind of customer service that is becoming harder and harder to find. I called Generation 3 looking for information on a Yamaha warranty part that I had been told was unavailable with no estimated delivery date. Josh took the time to actually look into the issue instead of simply giving me a quick answer. Within minutes, he was able to see information in Yamaha's parts system that pointed me in the right direction. What made the difference was that Josh was willing to go beyond the standard response and genuinely try to help, even though I wasn't his customer and my motorcycle wasn't at his dealership. Because of the information he provided, the real issue was eventually uncovered. The original Yamaha part number had been discontinued and replaced with a new superseded part number. Once that was identified, the part was ordered and my repair could finally move forward. That's what separates great employees from average ones. Knowledge is important, but taking ownership and making the extra effort is what customers remember. Generation 3 Powersports should be proud to have employees like Josh representing their business. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and most importantly, willing to help solve a problem instead of simply accepting it. Thank you, Josh. One phone call with you accomplished more than weeks of uncertainty. That level of customer service deserves recognition.

As somebody who has been led on multiple times in the past by false advertising and shady dealer practices I started the process of buying my new bike a little skeptical due to being hours away. Gary and his crew over at Generation 3 COMPLETELY changed that viewpoint for me. After Gary first returned my call well after his shop closed and he should’ve been home relaxing , I knew he was a guy I could count on. Super friendly and easy to work with people, Gary provided great pictures and a very accurate representation of the bike to the point where they made me confident enough to start the purchase process on the bike remotely to accompany my tight time schedule. There are over 10 dealers and 100s of miles between me and Generation 3 and I will 100% be passing all those again to come back to these folks next time I’m buying a bike. Thanks again crew and could not recommend enough!

I bought my first beginner bike 2026 cfmoto 450ss from them. They was very helpful and friendly and when I get to 600 miles I am definitely going there to let them service and do an oil change on my bike. Whenever I upgrade to a bigger bike (ninja h2) lol I’m just kidding probably would go for the new r7 I’m definitely getting it from them. I really do appreciate for letting me get a bike from yall
