Patsy WhitneyWe stayed here 2 nights while in town for an event. The hotel is currently under renovation (which was clearly communicated beforehand) but we experienced no inconvenience whatsoever. Our room was newly furnished, spacious and smelled so fresh! Staff were all very friendly and the restaurant breakfast was delicious. (Shoutout to our wonderful server Marissa T. and the cook who prepared those outstanding grits. 🙂 All in all, a very positive experience. Would definitely stay again

Martin HonanWe stopped in a week ago today 8,13,26 on our way to Savannah and Sapelo Island and we were not disappointed. The gentleman working the desk around 5:45/6:00 pm was great and very personable as well as the bartender. The remodel looks great I've been stopping here off and on for over a decade can't wait to get back. I've been in Corporate America for 3 decades and actually helped build and setup the Sams Club in Florence in early nineties. I would rate my experience with this hotel a 9.5 pursue perfection and accept excellence. Keep up the amazing work see you next time.

Bill CStaff here is great! This hotel is under renovation. They should properly disclose this online before you make a reservation here. Lobby and elevators are functional though kind of a mess. Hall on our floor was fine, though it was insufficiently air conditioned. Room was fine, though stuffy when we entered because the AC had been off for some time. Once we turned on the AC the room cooled down quickly. Room was clean. Mini fridge was set so warm it was nearly off, so we also had to adjust that and get it cooling. No freezer in the mini fridge, which is a disappointing oversight in far too many hotel rooms. Exercise room is very nice.
