Instead of feeling overwhelmed by choices, I felt confident and well-informed about exactly what I was purchasing. Theunis was professional, patient, and highly knowledgeable. Vonda at Magnolia Eye Associates/Lenscrafters was as helpful as could be and made the experience smooth and spent an hour with me to make sure I had exactly what I wanted. I can not speak highly enough of Will. He was fantastic and patient with our daughter who is very particular. He also went above and beyond helping my other daughter and husband with problems with their glasses! We will definitely be back and want him to help us each time!!

I visited Lens crafters yesterday and I was greeted with the nicest employees. I told Nicole my glasses needed a adjustment..she was with another customer, but as soon as she finished she immediately helped me. She looked at my glasses and indeed they were in need of an adjustment. She worked in them and it did not take her but a few minutes. While I was waiting I picked out some new frames and she helped me narrow down my.choices. I plan to go back soon to get my new glasses. I have always had great experience there. NICOLE and her team are wonderful! Thank you all so much!
