CrossRoads Coach Resort at the ROB
CrossRoads Coach Resort at the ROB is a quaint little RV park located in the Heart of Art! We offer paved streets and level concrete pads with ample room for slides. All sites have 30/50 amp service, fresh water and sewer hookups. We offer a fully functional bathhouse and a free laundry facility for an added bonus during your stay!
We are just a short walk or bike ride away from boutique shopping, museums, a library, fresh fruit stand, art galleries, murals, fantastic restaurants, meat and fish markets.
We are located on the grounds of Festival Park at the ROB which boasts the largest art venue in the city during ArtFields!
For families with younger children, there is a brand new playground just down the street. A boardwalk surrounds the lake providing a serene setting for a quiet walk.

Apr 17, 2026 · Google ReviewGreat spot downtown Lake City. Simple hassle free self check in, easy big sites and clean facilities. Will stop by again for longer stay next time in the area. Did not think the train noise was that bad or bothersome as some say in other reviews.
Mar 26, 2026 · Google ReviewA hidden gem of a rv park in a sweet small town! The sites are level concrete pads with FHUs. There is a dog park, bathrooms, and trash pickup. The laundry room is small however there is no charge for the washers/dryers!! The park sits on the site of the ROB which is a restored tobacco building used for events. What’s really nice is the Main Street is only two blocks away and loaded with shops, restaurants, a fitness center that allows a daily use fee, and a fruit market. Walmart is a few minutes drive as well. Passport America is accepted and our five night stay was 50% off.
