A hidden gem of a rv park in a sweet small town! The sites are level concrete pads with FHUs. There is a dog park, bathrooms, and trash pickup. The laundry room is small however there is no charge for the washers/dryers!! The park sits on the site of the ROB which is a restored tobacco building used for events. What’s really nice is the Main Street is only two blocks away and loaded with shops, restaurants, a fitness center that allows a daily use fee, and a fruit market. Walmart is a few minutes drive as well. Passport America is accepted and our five night stay was 50% off.
Mar 24, 2026 · Google ReviewGreat, clean, beautiful modern landscape, many dog stations with poop bags and trash, lovely dog park. FREE LAUNDRY!! VERY clean bathrooms with showers! But you should know there's a train that honks right when passing by, and it's pretty loud! My son kept waking up because of it, but not me... And the surroundings are kinda tore down, was a bit scared walking outside the park at night... Maybe I'm not used to smart American towns... Nonetheless, this changes NOTHING from how amazing and cared for this campground is!
Sep 16, 2025 · Google ReviewCrossroads Coach Resort is a great campground. It is SO clean and neat. Every site has grass and trees and not too close to your neighbor. Well lit and nicely laid out. Close to the Main Street of little shops in town also. The campground has a dog park and the Wi-Fi is excellent…we were able to steam with no problems at all. We very much enjoyed our stay. Even tho the train runs regularly we honestly did not even notice it at night after the first night. Glen met us on arrival to see if we needed anything and was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks for your hospitality!
May 15, 2022 · Google ReviewThis was a fantastic RV Campground. While I would not consider it a resort, it is a superb RV Park. It is new so the trees have not gotten big enough to provide shade yet but it more than makes up for that. The spots are roomy for a commercial park. It has paved spots with concrete pads, landscaped grounds, secure gate, new clean laundry room, restrooms, and shower facilities, and easy to maneuver your rig around. The staff is absolutely wonderful and go out ot their way to make the stay enjoyable. There are restaurants and shops in town and you are a little over half an hour to Florence SC and a little over an hour to Myrtle Beach. We had no issues with cellular strength on Verizon and the park's internet WiFi was super fast all over the park. One of the best features is the price. Nightly stays are $50.00, weekly are $300.00 and monthly are a little over $500.00. You will not find a nicer park for this kind of prices. The only issue I have heard others in the park mention is an Amtrak train track that runs across the street from the park. Never was an issue for me but like many parks, it is something you need to be aware of.
Aug 27, 2020 · Google ReviewWish we could have stayed longer! Beautiful campground. All paved, landscaped, and gated! It is just a half mile from Main St which has food and shopping. Lake City is an artsy town with some fun murals and galleries to check out. Lots of history! The train tracks are close so if noise is something that bothers you, then that is something to consider. Mr. Glen is the best. If we needed ANYTHING, he was on top of it!
