This was the fist time I used Novant Health Urgent Care. The advanced appointment booking was very easy to use. Subsequent updates were timely. All staff was very attentative and willing to listen.

I had to get a couple of stitches in my finger. I called ahead and asked could they get me in and out in less than 2 hours. Erica said they couldn't promise but it seemed possible. I had a family gathering at that time, that's why I needed to know. The medical staff were friendly and calm and capable which put me at ease. They treated me as quickly as they could and I was out in about 2.5 hours. And it could have been a little faster, but the PA decided after getting a better look to go ahead and stitch it. I'm glad they took the extra time and I was back home in time. I was pleased and my expectations were surpassed. Sometimes I think people get the energy they give off in these places. My experience was nice.
